Wonderful Side Dish – Fondant Potatoes

Fondant potatoes, or pommes fondant, is a method of preparing potatoes that traditionally involves cutting them into cylinders, browning the ends, and then slowly roasting them in butter and stock.

The process is easy and the results are amazing. Crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. A nice light taste of rosemary. A great side dish for any special occasion. Try it yourself. Recipe
