This is my first attempt at Pickling and Fermentation. The pickling went well. Where I had trouble was trying to figure the right amount of pickling spices to use. The brine for the pickling is a simple can’t go wrong recipe.
With the Fermentation process, I got lots of tips from my good friend Amanda. This was an easy and straight forward process once I knew what to do. I didn’t measure the salt amount. There is a scientific way to figure out the right amount. I just played it by ear.
